User interfaces in western languages are almost always designed from left to right, why not make a paradigm shift? =)
I want to customize the menu bar, centered or right position, this configuration can be done by clicking on the menu bar and displaying a submenu that allows me to see in which position I want to see it.

Or why not go all the way and turn it upside down? Why the Northern Hemisphere bias? Let's give the Australians some love. Here is a mockup:

Just guessing, but people speaking arabic languages(which goes from right) might be interested in that too. Totally not my case, just sharing a thought why some users may actually want right-orientation.
