xlsx preview handler is not filling the window area

What do you mean with native preview handler ?
There is no XY preview handler for the XLSX format.
So you have some Office version installed or any other preview handler.

Hi and sorry for my late response.
I use Microsoft Office 2016 and it's preview handler.
With 'border' I mean between the list and the preview window. So if I change the size of the preview area, it scales right.

Any click on the previewed document will fill the preview pane.

1) Dark mode honored in the actual preview.

So this thread was abandoned after I added experimental code to find out what was going on. Great, thanks for nothing.

Not abandoned. Just busy and had pointed out that it works on Win11 with Newer Office.

And it wasn't clear you wanted us to try the BETA code.

I just did (no-install version 26.60.0313) and the Preview pane, when on the bottom, fills the pane.
