I've had the first two CFA entries as shown below named "...w/o Preview" for many years and used them regularly.
Yesterday I realized that the Hover and MDBU orientation was not affected by these rotations, see below with Hover and Preview shown together:
That's when I consulted the help file for SC rotate, which made me create the two new CFA's named "... w/ Preview" and the idea was that I would rotate all affected jpg's back to their original orientation using the first two CFA's (w/o Preview) and then do the proper rotate (w/ Preview).
However, now all four CFA's seem to affect Hover, MDBU and Preview, regardless of the options used in the SC and I don't see a way to get all three rotated in the same way.
Any help appreciated.

Re: Strange behaviour with SC rotate
Depends on the image and its embedded metadata. Have a sample to download?

Re: Strange behaviour with SC rotate
Check Configuration | Preview | Preview | Image preview | Auto-rotate preview and HB and preview will be in sync.

Yes, this makes them to be in sync again.
So the Preview was out of sync?
And, do I use the "... w/ Preview" CFA's in the future?

Re: Strange behaviour with SC rotate
If your image has embedded rotation info, then the Hover Box will always honor that info.
The preview only honors that info if "Auto-rotate preview" is ON.
SC rotate will rotate the image, but it will not change any embedded rotation info.
So, it's complicated.
