2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

Action:
1. Open xyplorer under admin mode passing UAC with two instances.
2. Right-click a folder/file on each instances.
Bug:
1. Then only the newly created instances could pop up a context menu, while the old one was not responsing.

Bug logs:
1. No bug logs were found under <xydata> on the time occured.

OS info:
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics 3.90 GHz
System Type 64bit on AMD64 processor, windows professional 22H2 with 19045.4651 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0
