Custom Columns lost icon location

Good Evening,

I have a question about Custom Columns in use with icons.

When I change the name of the folder my icons are in, the connection to the icon in the custom column is gone.
I moved the icons folder yesterday (but when renaming it also happens) and now I have to change the location in the columns by hundreds of icons with edit data.

Is there a file with all locations where I can edit the path in 1 go? (or another way?)

Hopefully my question is a little clear. And if this question has been asked before my apologies.

The data to edit is in the tag.dat file, do your search and replace there (best is to quit XY before doing this)...
