Which to use?
Given that the TB button Favorite Folders and Rapid Access are virtually the same which is more efficacious to use?
Re: Which to use?
It's up to you, what you find more comfortable. Though RAF has one definite advantage - TB buttons occupy space and make TB larger so you can't put really a lot there, while RAF can be filled with whatever number you want.

Re: Which to use?
I have a particular folder that I need to go to extremely often as a toolbar bookmark (caption reduced to a single letter to save space). It's always accessible, always in the same place, no searching, no scrolling. Perfect.
Other folders that I often need, and especially ones where I often go down to various subfolders, are now in RAF. Makes my life a lot easier.
All in all, Toolbar Bookmarks and RAF have both been a game changer for me. I feel like my efficiency has doubled.
