I have an issue with the preview pane video. The videos are playing with no color or black and white.
See the attached screenshot.
I think most videos can be played on the preview pane with no issues, other than they play without color.

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Preview Pane video has no color / black and white
To see the attached files, you need to log into the forum.

Is that a moving video, or just a thumbnail?

It's a moving video. A typical mp4 video or other video format.

Can't explain it. Something is wrong with whatever is handling the playback.
Do you see colors when you preview it in File Explorer?

Yeah, it works totally fine if I play the videos with a media player.

Never even heard of a b/w video playback option anywhere.

Are you using NVIDIA/Intel GPU?, in their control panel you can adjust Color Saturation that only affects video playback (most media players generally ignore these settings) if you have messed with those settings ever, could be your issue. AMD etc probably have the same, not sure though.
