Copy-Paste Date with non english locale

Trying to copy - paste a date produces an error.
Copying the date from here (Greek locale):

Pasting it back changes the πμ το pμ:

And if I press OK I got this:

Your Windows system locale should be set to Greek as well, not just the date format.
