reordering tabs by drad-n-drop

Post by Leopoldus »

Is it now possible to drag-n-drop tabs at tabs bar to reorder them? If it is not possible, would it be very difficult to add this functionality?

Not possible and not planned. It's very easy to reorder them by Ctrl+Shift+Arrows.

Do you mean e.g. Ctrl+Shift+Left and Ctrl+Shift+Right? Such shortcut does not work at my system :(

Ou! It work at my system too!
But only if not in search mode. When "Find Files" tab is active, shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+Arrow move the cursor in dialogs boxes.

That's right, here too! I was not aware of this. Hmmm, not very good. I have to find a new shortcut... any suggestions?

EDIT: it's not so bad, but there's a simple rule: tree or list must have focus for Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right Arrow to work (to shift browsing tabs).
