Add delay when typing into Live Filter box before update

The Live Filter box currently updates the file listing immediately on every keystroke. In large folders, especially ones with with weighty thumbnail generation (videos), this can be a very slow process as it continually processes and filters the entire list on each new keystroke. This is sometime the case even if no new thumbnails need to be generated. Also, if typing too fast sometimes the last few keystrokes are missed; for example quickly typing "abcd" into the box might only filter images containing "ab" while screen refresh process interferes with the text box update. Could we get a very short delay on each keystroke (250-500ms?) in the live filter box before the results are checked and then the file listing is filtered and updated, with the delay resetting on each successive keystroke?
