Hello,
As you can see in the attachments XYPlorer shows image icons instead of folder icons. This problem occurs on a Win 10 PC (quite old). The functionality isn't affected, but this is a weird bug. On my Win 11 Laptop the folders show up as they should (windows 11 standard folder icons). On the win10 pc i use the same settings Image Icons instead of folder icons in Windows 10.png

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

To see the attached files, you need to log into the forum.

Is this ticked? Configuration | General | Refresh, Icons, History | Icons | Enable custom file icons

allow custom file icons was checked,

So you defined this icon as folder icon in Custom File Icons?

Yes, that's what happened by accident. Everything works fine now
