Hello,

I'm trying to register XYplorer 24.70 under Windows 11 on a new PC. I have a lifetime key and when I enter it XY indicates it is successfully registered. But when I restart XYplorer it is still not registered.

What can I do to register XYplorer?

I downloaded and installed the version using the provided link, then registered it, registration appeared to go OK, but after restarting I'm still using the trial version. The quote below is from the link you provided; do you think I need a new key?

"In 2023 a new key was introduced that cannot be used to unlock versions from before 2023. If your current version is pre-2023 (i.e. pre v23.90.0400) download the latest version from here to unlock it."

If you got a lifetime license you will never need a new key.

I had the name wrong, I had to add a "Jr." to the name, then the key worked.
