Force rebuild of MP4 thumbnails - but not ALL

I'm using XYplorer lately to manage a collection of MP4's - filing them into organized folders. So allot of 'moves' between panes. I just noticed tonight some thumbnails no longer match the video. Right click the same thumbnail though and the large version is accurate.

I don't want to rebuild everything by clearing the cache. Is there a way to say rebuild all the thumbnails in THIS folder?

Further, seems it's the cache for specific folders - which I guess is expected. If I move the file to the other pane, thumbnail is correct - back to the original pane - wrong one.

View | Caches | Refresh Thumbnails
