:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Hover Box blocking other applications

Post by avivariba »

I regularly (about 2-3 times a day) run into the issue that the Hover Box appears while opening another application, with it ending up on top of everything. So with the windows from top to bottom being: Hover Box, other application, XYplorer.

I then need to go back to XY for the Hover Box to disappear, and then back to the other application to be able to use that.

It's incredibly difficult to recreate though, for it happens whenever I least expect it. I've tried for a long time, but I haven't been able to do it on demand as of yet.

I think the Hover Box lacks something for it to disappear when another window is active. Another (little less but still straightforward) solution would be for it to disappear when clicking on it.
