I use XY to look at an external USB drive, right click on drive, select Properties, then Tools, then check, Windows (I assume) says "you don't need to check this drive", click on "scan drive", "Windows has found errors, close ... and then repair"
Ok, File Explorer, Properties, etc, etc "Scanning", "No errors"
But isn't XY just using Windows for most of this?
Does it every time.

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Re: Errors on external drive
Looks like a shell bug, probably only in the 32-bit world. Try to select Properties from the 64-bit context menu (Configuration | Other | Shell Integration | 64-bit Windows | Show the 64-bit context menu).
