No thumbnails

It doesn't create thumbnails after updating to 24.00 (tried latest 0100 update as well). I tried clearing cache, changed cache path to a new folder and now I see how it creates thumbnails for folders but not for images (which is weird cause the folder with images will have a thumbnail while all the images inside will have no thumbs).
I use XNView to view images, and now all the images have it's icon.
I had a couple of folders in my XY Catalog having custom icons. For example the caption for the folder "Music!|C:\Program Files\XYplorer\1436085017_Winamp.ico" supposed to have an icon and now it has XNView's icon.
I tried changing default program for images in Windows to built-in's Microsoft app and then Paint and it changed the icons but still no thumbnails.
I remember installing "PSD Codec" was helping me to see PSD file thumbnails so I reinstalled it and still can't see PSD thumbnails so I suppose the issue could be with the XYplorer update.
What can I do to bring back thumbs? I view all folders as "Thumbnails #1" and having no icons is a disaster. My settings for thumbs:
EDIT: I guess I should add I can see all the thumbnails in default Explorer (including PSD thumbs).
