Open Subfolder By Hovering While Dragging FIles

Hi Everyone,
let me ask for help in a task that i found no solution within the configurations and scripts I've searched.

There's this situation:
I have a couple of files selected and what to move it to another folder by dragging it (on another tab or panel for example), but once in this first selected tab or panel, I wanted to enter a subfolder by hovering it , without "loosing" the dragging event to open the folder by another method, as I generally distribute new files into downstream hierarchical subfolders.

It seems to work partially on the Tree, but not on the list.
Could it be implemented and optionally have a modifier key to open by hovering with the selection for not going down the subfolder unadventurously ??

Now, with the new feature of drop menu with the breadcrumb, maybe we can get this feature of moving files within the drop menu function?
