Disappearing folder

Windows 10 File Manager displays the folder 'raanan barzel' which XY does not find.

The most prominent element in that folder is the Desktop (Bureau) which, when clicked, displays the desktop. The desktop includes an icon for the folder 'raanan barzel' which is nowhere to be seen elsewhere.

My identity on the computer is Raana_000 but with Microsoft it is raanan barzel.

Does anyone have a sensible explanation?
