Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

It still doesn't work, I have tried it yesterday, I am a Chinese user, it is OK to visit https://www.xyplorer.com/languagelist.php alone, and the same prompt is the same when I use a VPN. I am using it for the first time and planning to buy the lifetime version. There is a problem with switching languages~

It is recommended to put the language files in the directory instead of downloading them separately.

Are you in China? Up to now I've never heard about a general problem with downloading the language list from China or elsewhere.

Yes, I deleted and installed it again and it still failed. The latest version I downloaded from the official website
