"Hide shell extensions" option doesn't hide some of them

"Hide shell extensions" option doesn't hide some of them

Don, sorry for mass posting. I'm not sure whether you consider this a bug, but here it is.

1. Enable the "Hide shell extensions" option (Tools > Configuration > Menus, Mouse, Safety)

2. Right-click an empty folder in the file list.

3. I have Adobe Bridge and IrfanView installed on my PC. The elements "Browse in Adobe Bridge CS6" and "Browse with IrfanView" are still here, they were not removed.

The Help file describes this option as "For purists only." Well, I'm a purist, this is why I create such threads. :)

Most likely those aren't Shell Extensions, they are just registry entries.

These apparently are variants of the "open" command. To hide shell extensions I pass the age-old CMF_DEFAULTONLY flag to the shell. I could use another flag to suppress the "open" commands as well, but then there would be no "open" at all.
