right click context menu - 64 bit not showing "Rename"

If I tick use the 64 bit context menu "Rename" does not show in the context menu. If I untick "Rename" does show in the context menu but I lose those other menu items that I use.

Is this expected behavior? I can send a snip if that helps.

That's by design. You don't need that command anyway. Simply press F2 to rename.
