Folder permission override

Post by ivan »

Came up with this one this morning but not sure if it's possible...

Basically I was in a folder called abc located in 1/2/ (for example). However, when I right-clicked on 1 and selected delete Vista thought for a second and then said that I need permission to do this. The thing is that I'm already the administrator of my machine. Same thing happens if i try it in Explorer. However, if i go to folder 1, press delete then all is ok.

So my thoughts are: either this isn't possible because of the way Vista works or something special is needed. Thanks in advance :)
