Scripting: new command scrollto

A little thing I'd like is a new command scrollto, which when given a location would scroll Tree there. Right now I can do this by Ctrl+Alt+Shift+clicking a Catalog item, but (a) I'd like to do that in scripting, and (b) I'm getting my XY very scripted now - and I love it! - but it means I can't use that little trick for a few locations, whereas showing a menu with two options, Go to & Scroll to, would work fine for me
