Using shift and mouse to select multiple files program crashes

Under the newest version 22.10.0200 the program crashes when selecting multiple files using the shift key and mouse. The cursor changes to a circle and then the program closes.

I think I figured it out, you need to turn off the preview feature when selecting multiple files for moving and copying files. The program goes berserk trying to open all the files up and crashes.

Don't really know what you mean. Cannot see any such problems here. Which "preview feature" are you talking about (there are some in XY)?
