Set Dates and Attributes without Losing Edited States

Sometimes I want to edit Create Date and Modify Date without losing their edited states and maybe change an Attribute.

This is my proposal for editing all of these without losing their edited / un-clean states.

Step 1: I edit Modify Date

Step 3: I check Hidden attribute

Step 4: Then I press "Apply" button.
