:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Cannot input Chinese when creating a new folder

Post by wkingnet »

I use Chinese as the interface language of windows. Then I added EN-US keyboard as the default keyboard and input method.

Now I have a problem. When I create a new file or folder, I cannot enter Chinese as the name of the file or folder.

But if I use the Chinese input method as the default keyboard, everything is normal.

I searched on Google, it may be about the character encoding problem, but I can’t solve it by myself, I hope the developer can solve this problem, thank you.

That kind of input is not supported unfortunately (means: so far I did not find a way to make it work).
