filename by drop from outlook not generated as it should

we're running a few workstations with the xy plorer. I had to exchange some of them. installed the xyplorer as usual, same version, same settings. but when we drop a file from outlook to the xyplorer, the filename is not generated as configured. it's the same as you drop a file to the standard MS exlorer. the curios - why is it only at one of the new machines? all others, equal if new or old, are doing fine.

used version: 20.70.0018

yes, i allready reinstalled it. but the settings keept after it.

I suggest you try the current version first. Might be fixed.

Thanks for your reply, but the mentioned version is the latest we can use with our license.
As told, we've similar Notebooks - same version, all the same ... no problems.

Extract it to e.g. "C:\XYplorer_portable" and test it with that version

Hi guys.

The linked (non-install) version works well. so far!

But, I testet the install version 20.80, 19.90. 19.80 - non of them works.

It's to mention that some files obviously remain after a reinstall, means all settings are still there. I suppose, that something went wrong with the first install and a reinstall doesnt change the problem! For me (no IT Professional) it stops here.

Problem: My current license dosn't work with a version above 20.80. Could someone share a non-install Version of 20.80 to solve the problem? This should be done within 30 days.

I'm still in trouble with droping eMails. I just get the name like i drop it to the normal windows explorer. Tried serveral versions, serveral computer.

Yesterday I configured a new notebook, installed the "older" version 20.80 we bought a time ago. First it worked - I swere, but after a time, same problem. Sometihing happen there in the backround.
I deinstalled the 20.80 it and installed latest version as a trial, same problem.

I have no idea to solve the problem.

Anyone with a solution or same problem here?
