Startup maximized

Normaly I leave XY open all the time, but when I close it, it is mostly minimized before.
Because I let XY save the settings on exit (to have the same tabs when reopeneing...) it starts minimized then.

What do you think about an "Startup maximized"-switch in the "Startup & Exit"-config-category?
Or better a three-way-choice like this:

  (o) maximized
  ( ) last status

If you use a shortcut, you can always use a command line switch: XYplorer.exe /win=max
