Strange search results - can anyone explain?

I was looking for a file named "Index 10.doc".
In the search I used "Index 10" (without quotations) as the search name.
The results: found: 0 items
I then searched for "Index"
The results: found: 431 items including 9 "Index 10.doc" files
What is happening here?

Can't confirm with 20.90.0500. Does clicking Reset Filters, followed by a new search, helps?
