Handy freeware allowing me to keep XY at left side

Quite a few weeks ago, I came across this freeware via (can't recall source), went to SnapFiles and then authors site, and tried it on my W2K system.
It has really helped me keep my Taskbar in the order that I want, such as XY at extreme left, followed by Win Expl (if open), and then any Office apps, and any IE's/FF's, etc...
When I have to close XY to install a new vers, it ends up restarting at right end and I can now just drag it over to left end.

I'm sharing it here only because I find it handy to have XY in a known place on my Taskbar, and others may also...there are other variants of this type of software which I've not tried, but just recommending this as it works for me, and I was unaware of the ability to do this before, which had bugged me for years!

Oh yeah, the taskbar in Windows is lacking lots of useful features, some even very basic and simple like the ability to reorder your "tabs"/tasks. I'm not even sure this has been fixed in Vista, but hey you get stupid 3D effects & transparency requiring a few GBs of memory just to switch apps, isn't that much more important for your workflow ?

Anyways, Taskix is great ! I've been using it for quite some time now, it works perfectly, takes close to no ressource, very useful, a real must-have!
