As you know, in Explorer by mouse-hovering item on list-pane or tree, mouse position is confirmed by highlighting this item.
Highlighting is very fast. If you stop moving your mouse over the items and make delay, then after approximately one second you will see file info tip to the hovered file.
I would like to have it in XYplorer.

One more question about highlighting (selecting) by hovering.
Could you fix a problem.
The problem is --- unselecting a file after move mouse from file-name to empty space of file-panel.
I need behavior like Explorer (Windows 10 LTSB 2016) --- don`t unsesect the file after move mouse out.

Fresh install the 20.50.0100 @ Win 10 LTSB 2016
Only one checkbox was changed -- set ON the "Point to select" and set "List" view.

Maybe you have some extra software running in the back that alters keyboard or mouse behavior?

I don't know what was solved in v20.50.0200, but highlighting by hovering item e.g. on list-pane is not as in Explorer.
In XY is no highlighting of items hovered by mouse.

The new tweak will already be there in the ini file. All you have to do is search for ListHoverEffect and then change the value 0 or 1. Save XYplorer.ini file in your editor and then exit XYplorer without saving. Then restart XYplorer. When I first searched for the tweak immediately after the update it didn't show up. I had to exit and restart XY for it to appear. Don, I noticed on numerous occasions. Why is that? I perform the update using SC update (the update is shown in the title bar), but when I first look (search) for a tweak in XYplorer.ini file, it's not there. I have to exit and restart XY to see it there in the ini file.
