Better visualisation of inactive pane

Hello, I often makes error between active pane and inactive pane. I already use the Shade Inactive Pane option but it gives a dark color and in dark theme, it’s not obvious.
I wish I could put something else in background for inactive pane (image ?) and have a different default text color.

Does changing the Inactive Pane colour in Tools > Configuration > Colors > Other, not help?

Well, in dark mode, all colors you can pick are darkened.
