Custom Sort

It would be nice to be able to very quickly sort files in a directory based on a custom sort. It could be expressed using regex or some other simple language.

I'm thinking of a simple text entry box that can accept an expression to sort(or even search with a simple toggle).

Use custom column(s) and script what you need? There are endless possibilities to sort something via regex...
