Label and move to top

Label a file as how color filters do and move them to top,why to top bcoz -- why do we label to mark it as imp and moving them to top justifies it.

Add the label column and use it for sorting, done.

you'll also want to make sure this is enabled: Configuration > General > Sort and Rename > Sort > Mixed sort on tag columns
