Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".
I could replicate your issue, but it's not UTF8 as I first thought. Actually Explorer has the same issue with those files. I think the files are wrongly constructed.
Is this the name of the album: 蒙古天韵 Ⅱ ?
In that case we are looking at undecoded DBCS code in the "Simplified Chinese" code page. I don't think this format should be stored in ID3 tags.
On my computer, mp3 files have such a lot of garbled characters. What other people are, I am not sure. Win7 Simplified Chinese version system, mp3 format Chinese prompt information, but the user did not set such a prompt information. Please see my other mp3 file prompt message garbled.
