Can't add Network drives(group) to toolbar

When added it's shown in current buttons but can't add it to toolbar,test in win10

Works fine here. Maybe you don't have any network drives?

I have 2 Pc's connected without wire's over network through net,is this a network drive?

A network drive points to an \\UNC location (mapped to a drive letter).

Go to "This PC", switch to Details View, and look in the Type column: There it should say "Network drive".
