xyplorer not responding in thumbnails view

hi.
why xyplorer not responding when creating thumbnails for pictures and specially video files?
i mean its getting some laggy and slow and nonfunctional during thumbnails create job.
remember,its updated to latest version and i added xyplorer.exe to node32 anti virus exception list.
windows 8.1 core i5.

This may not be the problem or the only problem, but try excluding the entire XYplorer folder including its subfolders not just XYplorer.exe.

Thumbnails are currently created in the main thread (there are plans to change this in the future). I recommend caching so you won't ever have to create them again.
