Wrong scaling impacts office 2016/2013

Xyplorer has terrible auto scaling ability to fit different DPI while using multiple screens in windows 10.
one work around is to set "override scaling" in compatibility setting of xyplorer.
When you set 'override scaling (enhanced)", xyplorer looks great.
but any powerpoint/excel application will inherent the same setting as xyplorer, which led to a crazy disaster:
powerpoint/excel will only shows you a little part of the content in high resolution screen(wrong scaling).
in this case i had to switch to other file explorer tools.
at this moment, i dont know whom to blame, windows?(1809), office? (2016), or Xyplorer.
