I would like to display the "selected" tab in the inactive pane visually different.

Therefore, I have configured "make selected tab bold", which affects both active and inactive tab. Fine so far.

But is it possible, for example, to change the background colour of the "selected" tab in the inactive pane (as is already possible for the "selected" tab in the active pane)? The tab coloring in Config - Colors and Styles - Colors seems not to have an option for this.

Alternatively, could an option like "Yellow highlight marks selected tab in classic style" be offered for the "selected" tab in the inactive pane as well?

It makes the inactive pane selected tab much more prominent, and may help in what you are trying to do, because you could then set the tab color via the inactive breadcrumb bar color.
