Shell context menu for file: add to favs

Configuration > General > "Menus, Mouse, Safety" > "Custom icons in context menu": the "Folder Tree"-button has a feature that allows adding a folder to the Favorites-Menu, "File List" doesn't. Can that pls. be added?
