Why XY takes longer when you perform search for first time after booting pc?

Hi everyone
After the computer is turned on, if I run a search it will take approximately 19 Secs (search location :This PC)

and if I run another search it will just take milliseconds (search location :This PC)

Is there an explanation?

Probably: Configuration | Find and Filter | Find Files & Branch View | Find Files | Cache search results
and if XY didn't cache it, the OS / HDD / SSHD / SSD cache is still holding data...
