How to tag a document

I have a list of tags.

Try as I might, I cannot find instructions on how to assign a tag or tags to a document.

It seems like it should be high on the list of a "How to" documents for nebies...

Stimulated by reading about your suggestions, I found the "simple" solution I was looking for right on the menu that I had looked at several times.

Time for better glasses or something...

From main menu:

Favorites\Tags\Add tags (with several options)

This is just what I was looking for.

Thanks for being the catalyst that got me there.
