Right click doesn't bring up XY's custom context menu.
"Custom items in shell context menu" is checked in the configuration. I have tried turning that setting off & on (with a restart of XY in between). I have updated to 18.70.0100 with no improvement. I've restarted Windows. I'm at a loss about how to further trouble shoot this problem.
Running on Windows 7 SP1 x64.

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once.

Re: Can't enable custom context menu
It could be this setting, it needs to be disabled:
Configuration | Other | Shell Integration | 64-bit Windows | Show the 64-bit context menu
Configuration | Other | Shell Integration | 64-bit Windows | Show the 64-bit context menu
Re: Can't enable custom context menu
Thanks - that was it.
I never would have figured that out on my own.
