First class support

Great product. Fast and functional. However it is TrackerV3's support which I want to post about.

I use some products which are effectively unsupported by their vendor (eg Eudora) and I have learnt to bump along with the product and to learn only from user groups.

At the other extreme I use some products which have first class support (such as Newsbin). Newsbin's support staff's replies are fast and knowledgeable although Newsbin is not always flexible in adding function which users would really like to have nor in fixing long-standing irritants.

TrackerV3 falls into the Newbin camp in that the support replies are also fast and they are knowledgeable. However TrackerV3 differs from Newsbin in that new function gets added to TrackerV3 when user's request it and if it adds genuine usefulness. In fact, I have not come across a product which has such outstanding responsiveness when it comes to feature requests. Sure I may sound as if I am gushing but let me gush because this responsiveness is a rare thing on the Internet.
