Not 100% what you mean, but you can set a startup path via,
Configuration | General | Startup & Exit | Permanent startup path
and then all the tree items would be non expanded except for the path you set, is that what you meant?
Or you can use this menu item, to compress the tree:
View | Reset Tree
and you should be able to do the same from launch by changing your startup shortcut to something like:
XYplorer.exe /script="::#484;" /flg=2
Configuration | General | Startup & Exit | Permanent startup path

Every menu command has a command ID, you can locate the command IDs by the Help menu and then select List All Commands which gives you a searchable list, as for scripting the best resource is the help file which you can access by pressing F1 or the Help menu, also you can paste the following into the XY address bar for more information on scripting if you are interested:
Code: Select all
help "idh_scripting.htm";-

Hi Wublide, welcome to the forum.
May I kindly ask you to use quotes of previous posts only if it helps clarifying the discussion, otherwise it just clutters up the forum with unnecessary repetitions.
Thanks.

jupe, I noted how often you come up with cool solutions using /script and /flg=2. I think this deserves a shortcut. From the next beta you can do the same thing simpler:jupe wrote:XYplorer.exe /script="::#484;" /flg=2
