Show Custom MRU Lists above fields.

This is a difference between the system lists and the custom ones.

When the System controls generate a list they try to place it below the field and if the list will not be completely visible there it is instead placed above the control.

I'm not sure if it applies to all of the places custom lists are used (I assume it does) but I know for certain that the rename dialogs and address bar will show the list below the edit field regardless of whether there is room or not.

Is it at all possible for it to check the height of the list when it first opens it and display it above the edit control if there's not enough space below?
