I normally use a single function on left click, and the extended version on right click. eg "ConEmu curpath" on left, but on right "ConEmu curpath", "ConEmu run current item", "ConEmu run hidden" etc. It seems to me that "Fire click on mousedown" slightly slows down the single left click config but of course brings the advantage of mult-script left config being much more usable. For me, the best of both worlds would be to switch the functionality to the right click (or even a middle click). Then you get both a fast single function on left click and increased usability on a right click menu.

Another related wish would be single click run on all 3 left/right/middle mouse clicks of the CTB, with the current right click menu only showing only with a modified click (ctrl/alt or long press).

Hi SpiroC, to address the last part of your wish, are you aware of the tweak...which when set will immediately run a right click command with no default menu (unless of course you have the right click assigned to bring up your own menu script).
