Rename folder name same as file name inside it!

I have numerous folders with images in it. i want my folders renamed similar to the file names inside it. how it is possible?

I'm not a programmer, but I'm guessing that renaming the folder to match a single file's name would be a lot simpler than (1) determining what the pattern is of several files, then (2) renaming the folder to something "similar" to that pattern.
