Can FastCopy work with source files from multiple folders?

For years I've used FastCopy in XY, but have gotten myself confused after a Windows reinstall.

I have XY set up so that FC always appears at the top of a short menu whenever I drag & drop from within a single folder, whether to the same or another disk volume. See the bottom attached pic below.

But sometimes I want to d&d from an XY search results list, where the source items are in multiple folders. Now, when I attempt that, I can only get the XY Custom Copy menu, per the top attached pic.

I have changed and re-changed many "copy" settings in XY config, and have specified FastCopy (with its path) as an external handler (though I don't think I ever did that before).

Still the XY Custom Copy menu always appears for multi-folder source files. I can't remember if it was always this way or not. So - is it even possible to have FastCopy as a choice for multi-folder source files? If so, what settings are key?

This seems like a simple question: Can the external copy handlers (FastCopy / TeraCopy) work with multi-folder files from a Search results list?

Or am I wasting my time trying to set Configuration values to achieve this?
