Info Panel > Arrangement ???

Tree and Catalog Stacked can be selected to have above/below or side-by-side = valuable. With this concept in mind, is there a way to perform the same action on the "Info Panel" so it is above/below the "Preview Pane"? This would allow the "List View" to have the full vertical area like the Catalog and Tree View (when selected not to be stacked). This need is especially valuable with modern large width monitors.
